His actions over the past 48 hours have pushed me over the edge. Have at him. He is truly disgusting.

You’re a pilot and a journalist. You ought to know that pilots have been complaining about DCA airspace for years, to crickets. But you decided to use a tragedy as an excuse to further an agenda. Way to go.

4/ Good news is, the system worked. Thankfully the holes in the swiss cheese didn't line up, and we didn't have a tragedy. As ABC pointed out, the FAA will investigate. Which they do in all TCAS alerts. It's a great system, and it did its job today.

3/ If the radar data is correct and synced properly with the audio — and I believe it is, because VAS is really good at what they do — then the controller waited way too long to turn Delta onto final. The RA sounds just as the DL pilot is responding.

2/ Which supports my contention that there aren't more events like this happening, there's just a lot more high quality cameras pointed at us doing these things.
