I’ve been heartbroken lately by a couple of people I really trusted and believed in who have chosen to be completely silent and pretend nothing is happening right now. So disappointing.
Is it fear? Entrepreneurial straddling the fence for financial reasons? Or is it just so much privilege?

The shift we're in is a shift out of looking "out there" for someone to save us, and shifting into an age in which we know and claim and live our true power.
The first step to embracing all of this, is daring to love ourselves, freely, and fully. I am saying YES to that.

Feeling peaceful.
12 days after the fire started here in Pasadena and I’m finally in a routine that is protecting me from the toxic air and I’ve rested enough that I’m starting to feel like myself again. It’s been such a stressful time. For anybody who doesn’t know: my home is safe, and I am safe. 💗

I love this dog!!!
I don’t know why she loves this ball so much more than the others but since she found it yesterday, she’s been carrying it around everywhere … 😂 good reminder of how easy it is to have fun and be happy!
