![When COVID lockdown resulted in massive loss of access to food and services in 2020, peer leaders of Aileen's came forward to distribute food and other necessities out of a parking lot for folks in need.

![We will begin handing out gift cards to grocery stores starting Nov. Ist, but will switch to running our own pantry and/or preparing food ourselves as well if the situation persists beyond a couple of weeks.
