“Save As…” is another aspect of desktop applications that was 100% perfect by 1990, & utterly ruined by KPI-obsessed project managers. Even after jumping through all the hoops to disable OneDrive, doing something as simple as “I want to save an Excel workbook in a folder of my choice” sucks so much!

It's funny how people underestimate the price of computers in the late 70s to early 90s because they've become so cheap today.

For example a 48K Apple II with two disk drives, a monitor and a few knick-knacks was around $3,000 in 1978; which is close to $15,000 today.
