Juggling 2 balls progress - 6 loops.

At this point I might be getting close to juggling for longer period of time. One attempt, without the mask is easier, got in the zone and out of nowhere reached 16. 🦊

Weather conditions aside, well it kind of is still weather I guess, another problem when switching from treadmill to jogging outdoors is the visibility - sun goes down at 4 pm, which is when I generally get off work. 🌚

So I have to leave early if I want to jog weekdays. 🦊

Still can't get used to it. After 10 km my legs are stone. Heart rate stays low, in between 140-160 generally, so it should be easier than jogging around 180 right? Wrong! It's more exhausting than run lmao. 🦊

Thought I would do 10K today, first half fine on pavement, then had to walk a kilometr because the mud was too much. Pace unsatisfying, but on bright side, traveled 12K total due to it.🦊

Interestingly my HR was slightly lower while running slightly faster than usual.

Bad news - Leggings are odd to move in. I feel sick after the run. New hat might be cooking my brain. 🫠

Got the M-sized jogging jacket and 34/34 leggings. Might have to hold the sleeves when running, they are slightly short, but can stretch over whole hands fine. The fabric is really thin...

Walked outside for a bit - arms cold.

I don't trust it much, might freeze to death lol. 🥶

For some reason I spent today's run overheating with heart rate around 184. Average 179(max 188)💓.

Ironically had too much clothes near my neck and face. Shorts were fine in 0 - 1°C. Got lucky and finished before rain. 🦊

Today managed to jog 4,5 km.
Heart rate still high 174 (189) 💓

Still can't do 5 km. But done 50 meters of sprint that spiked to 20 km/h without my guts spilling out through hernia hole, so I can survive some sprints for anaerobic. 👏🏻
