It's a very possible outcome, but your read that a a result it should've not been brought is the misplaced part. We already got outcome from the case, it's what caused the "interim guidance" to be amended and then removed, and that's something. And if it's lost? It opens up what's needed - appeal.

More than that, it's a case that just must happen. Legal side of things will take a long time, and there will be losses along the way, losses than they can be challenged, and sometimes that's part of the strategy.
