I’ve had tres leches cake many times, each time I’ve hated it because of (mainly) a texture issue. My oldest giving requested it as their birthday cake, and no suppliers to buy from in our area.
So I made it.
Apparently, I only like tres leches cake made by me. I’ve surrendered. 10/10
