My VP worked for UHC for 10+ years before joining our company. She said the online vitriol makes her not want to admit she ever worked there. It was interesting that she never tried to defend the accusations that UHC deliberately denies cases in the hope they will just give up.

It is unfortunate that the senseless murder of a CEO has shed light on the fact that UHC deliberately denies coverage using AI in the hope that their premium-paying customers will just give up and slink away.
