Just back from MCEB 2025 in Granada! I presented our year-long work expanding VIPERA🐍 to help us better track pathogen evolution, here at @pathogenomics.bsky.social - @i2sysbio.bsky.social. I learned so much and returned full of ideas! Thanks to @bcbhubcsic.bsky.social for funding my attendance! 🧪
