Due to a glitch with the wishlist app I use, my husband got three 8-packs of reusable hand warmers -- the one thing I put on his list that he didn't specifically ask for 🫠

Our air quality had been fine despite the 1000+ acre #ButternutFire in Great Barrington, but around 2:30 the winds shifted and the smoke blew in FAST and surrounded us. Popped my mask on while we finished putting up the cross ties on the new high tunnel, bc asthma.

Delivered 100lbs of napa cabbage and 150lbs of winter squash to the food pantry this morning. Just between us, I really don't like the *selling* part of farming. If we could make a living giving it all away, I'd do that. Or if we were independently wealthy. Alas! Gotta pay the bills.
