UPPDATERAS: Ukraina erbjuder sig köpa tio Patriotbatterier, Vita Huset blockerar och påstår att Ukraina startat kriget – ryska rekordförluster
President Zelenskyj sade i en intervju med amerikanska CBS att Ukraina är villiga att köpa tio Patriotbatterier av USA för 15 miljarder dollar, eller 50% mer än Sverige betalat per batteri, men Vita Husets despot blockerar erbjudandet till amerikansk försvarsindustri och påstår istället att det är Ukraina som startade kriget. Ryssland tog mycket svåra förluster igen och rekordförluster av transportfordon.
