Supportive oncology will be key in allowing patients to be as physically and mentally prepared as possible to deal with the trauma of the diagnoses, the impact of the disease, and the effects of the treatments, before, during and after the clinical interventions

Yesterday, I helped to arrange the Quality of Life Event for the Northern Cancer Alliance. Cleary a lot of work still to do, but there is great optimism to be had from listening to the speakers, hearing the life changing impact of what they do
