The responsibility for the war crimes and genocide committed by Israel in Palestine and Lebanon does not fall on Israel alone, but rather all the countries that support it secretly and openly share responsibility with it, first and foremost the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.

But how do we study technological power?

We began by reviewing the literature and identified two main perspectives: individual and structural.

In individual approaches, a country has more power if it possesses greater material capabilities (GDP, military strength, population) than others.
