i’d also say play deltarune but that’s mostly for one character/plotline. that being said the current seeming trajectory of that plotline is so aligned with this book it was driving me crazy the whole time i was reading it. which is to say: december holiday fans should read this book

if you haven’t played it: you should. it features a dead end town with supernatural shit below the surface, and a protag who’s a young woman who struggles with anger issues and dissociation and is also tied to that supernatural shit. wonderfully well written game (with a banger soundtrack also)
