I know this makes me sound like an old fuddy duddy, but making my favorite animation list makes me realize just how much I miss hand drawn animation. The little imperfections, the warmth, the lines squiggling here and there. You could feel the humanity in every frame. Everything looks so clean now.

I've been lukewarm on the last few seasons of What We Do in the Shadows, but I have to admit, "Guillermo finally leaves the vampires, gets a normal human job, and promptly becomes more evil than he was during a decade of regularly abetting murder" is an absolute chef's kiss of a storytelling choice.
