I apologize. I wasn’t clear. Fraud and signing an unwilling spouse’s name to a surrogacy contract are very wrong. The ethics of many of her decisions are indeed questionable at best. But that is a separate issue from criticizing women for their decisions about how many children to have and when.

Is it really an ethical conundrum? Questioning what’s best for the kids is fair, but who gets to decide? I may not agree with her choices, but I fully support her autonomy over her reproductive decisions.

The alleged fraud should absolutely be investigated. My point is that no one should control how many children a woman has, if any, or when she has them.

I've saw your repost yesterday about reproductive autonomy. How do you reconcile that with criticizing a woman’s choice about when or how many children to have?

According to elections.on.ca, a person can contribute up to $3,400/year:
- to each regd political party
- combined to all constituency assocs & nomination contestants per party
- across all regd candidates per party

= max $10,200/party

+ $3,400 to each regd leadership contestant

That would be very concerning. But aren't elections at least every 5 years required by section 4 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?

Is it true that you can give up to the annual limit to EACH riding association, nomination contestant, leadership contestant, candidate, and independent? That would mean that a person could legally donate $100s of thousands during an election year.
