Measles cases in Canada & the US are underestimated as they include only reported cases. Many with mild symptoms don’t seek care, so true numbers are higher. In the US, underreporting is worse due to healthcare cost, lack of ins & access barriers causing a bigger gap between actual & reported cases.

It's great that Ontario is finally building new surgical and diagnostic centres. But what is the logic in choosing private companies to run them when it usually costs more which will necessitate cuts elsewhere?
