I'm always delighted when this old blog post of mine makes the rounds again and connects me with other fans of Neil Hannon's music.

A Few Brief Thoughts About Brian Wilson on the Occasion of His Death
1.) I’ve been wanting to write a bit about Brian Wilson and his music before too much time elapses after his passing on June 11, 2025. I know I don’t have anything new or particularly original to a…

We’ve already done social media that foments users with enraging clickbait.

Tell me about your donations.

Tell me about your charities.

Tell me about your random acts of kindness and things of beauty.

Tell me about the good you are doing to push back against the hate.

Hi, new friends! You know the drill: Bandcamp doesn't take a cut of artists' earnings today. So if you didn't get a chance to check out the new collection of songs that my band released back in October, today's a great day to make a purchase. feluscremins.bandcamp.com/music

While studying in London the summer of 2000, I had just left a screening of "Gladiator" somewhere near Piccadilly Circus and was headed back to the tube. Walked past Bob Saget, who was standing on the sidewalk having a conversation with a woman. Briefly considered saying hi; didn't.
