Why wouldn't you want to consult the culture and, I don't know, ask permission first before doing something with their language?

In a similar vein to creative work, languages are built by people. They're a syntax built over years and years and YEARS of exchange between people, and have a lot of cultural meaning stuffed in their syllables (if your language uses syllables, it might not, I am not an expert in the slightest!)
