We are doing what we can. Building community, cheering each other up, buying books that are being banned from local bookstores. We write letters we know our gov will ignore, & we stand up for strangers when we see someone in need. Texas has deep democratic roots. We just need to water them.

Part of the problem is the US is massive. Most people cannot afford to travel across the country for a protest.

All good, just wanted to remind folks that people of all types live in all sorts of places. I'm in Houston, and we are a blue dot in a sea of red, but we turn out and do what we can. I am old enough to remember when Tx was blue, so I keep fighting. 💙
