Today, my husband tried to buy eggs. This was in Houston. To be fair, we got snow, so I guess everyone wasn't too worried about the price when they panic bought them. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Today's adventure with cooking, Lasagna roll ups! They came out very tasty.
Fresh spinach, sauteed down and chopped, laid out on foil. Lasagna noodles laid out on foil behind it. Wooden spoon and Ulu knife next to spinach. Filling for Lasagna roll ups in a blue bowl. Spinach, chicken, cheeses Lasagna noodle rolled up with stuffing in a pan. Finished product. Lasagna roll up filled with cheese, spinach, and chicken, covered in tomato pasta sauce and Alfredo pasta sauce with cheese on top. Sliced to see layers.
