Repeal of 1325 probably would not limit anything that Trump did (uncertain impact on detention). Criminal statute fr.1929; civil penalties fr.1996. Red is immigration offenses/yellow is all offenses. Prior post had examples of appropriate criminal cases. Add criminals, suspected terrorists,etc.
