Okay, that’s the second long-haired orange tabby that I’ve seen today, and I think our old boy - who left us many moons ago - might be trying to tell me we need another one.

His right arm is hanging over the side, which was a favorite way for him to snooze. Same cat - long haired orange tabby - this time resting on top of a bunch of FreshDirect boxes in a kitchen that really needed to be cleaned better. No doubt he was mad there was still stuff in the boxes and they weren’t available for him to frolic in. Sabu, our beloved orange tabby standing atop a ladder in our kitchen where my husband had been in the process of hanging a pot rack. Cat is wholly uninterested in that, but looking instead at something off camera. I like to imagine he was trying to figure out a way to jump up on top of our cabinets - a place he never got to go.

Tucked in by her chest between her snoot and paws is a bright yellow squeaky tennis ball that she loves to have near her at all times.

The pool wasn’t there in the movie, but the lodge looks exactly the same.
A mountain resort, three or four stories high, sits on a hillside with two stone chimneys and a red tiled roof. Further down the hill is a pool complex with two swimming pools surrounded by pool lounge chairs. A couple of other small buildings are outside the pool fence. The mountain stretches a bit above the main lodge, and a pale blue sky has the occasional greyish white puffy cloud.

YES to using more colored stones! I told the other half that if he was ever going to propose, I didn’t want a diamond as a main stone. Accents, fine, but not primary. That’s all I ever really said about it; he took that and the knowledge that my favorite color is green and did this:

There’s nothing like live baseball, and minor league ball is sooooo much fun! In Binghamton for a Rumble Ponies game. They’ve rebranded for the night as the Bathtub Donkeys. It is spectacular! First row behind home plate? $21 a ticket with tax and fees. Can’t beat that!
