While I agree about divesting as much as you can from Amazon—GoodReads can be instrumental in getting indie authors more readers. You don’t have to use it to track, but it’s very helpful if you leave reviews for books for smaller authors.

Honestly same. It’s the difference between knowing you have more in common, and SEEING you have more in common with someone. It’s just been really nice to see everything and unpacking the anti-Chinese sentiment that’s so pervasive.

I’ve also really been enjoying Red Book so far. I feel like I’m being lovingly bullied into eating better.
