1/3 So yesterday I had the fantastic pleasure of walking round an archeological dig where they’ve found a Roman village/town/industrial estate under a cornfield. It was their open day.

1/2 So my big old iPad circa 2018 finally stopped charging reliably. I concluded that it’s mostly used for twitter and YouTube. Picked up an Amazon Max fire 11 during Prime day for perhaps 10% of a replacement.
