This is a great explainer. This should be handed to every potential litigant before they embark on what is an expensive and emotional journey. That said, regardless of probability, sometimes the litigant has very little option but to enter into it. #IfNotMeThenWho

Maybe you've got better doors, windows and insulation. I'm sitting in a grade A listed tenement at the moment and it's draughty. On days like this I'm thinking enviously of all those passive houses I've seen on grand designs.

Unfortunately the conservationists, historic Scotland, etc, make it difficult to love these because putting energy saving/proper insulation into them is resisted. Freezing to death is a bit of an issue for me.
