I’m now starting to wonder where Andy Burnham stands on these matters - just over a week ago he was at an NHS Confederation gathering as a speaker and quite interesting…future PM?

I remember it well, their HQ was on my patch and it tied me up for almost a week preparing damage limitation material for the CEO of our fledgling ICB 🤓
