Why is how long someone works a concern of the agency he leads? Isn't his job to help maintain and advance certain medical funding programs?

I think it could still be about training. They may be very skilled at border patrol but have little to no training in dealing with crowds or opposition.
My son's robotics team is heading to the World Comp in Houston! This is more than a fun trip and building impressive robots. This is an opportunity for them to interact with students from around the world! But they can't go without community support.

I disagree with your first statement. I think the Whitehouse doesn't LIKE the response. They will start calling the protesters extremists, paid agitators, etc to continue their stories.
The response to the ICE killing of Renee Nicole Good is not what the White House was expecting.
Like with their hiding of the Epstein files, part of the fundamental problem they are facing is that the stories the Trump administration has built their movement on are being shown for their emptiness.

Congress should investigate the training that the officer received.

Another possibility: he secures these investments by people who don't take him seriously and they never come into fruition. Meaning the actual $$ invested is closer to $0 than $21T
