We cannot and should not support one oppressor against another. If you truly believe in human rights, dignity, and liberation, amplify the voices of the oppressed—like the Kurds—who have been abandoned time and again by Western governments and their so-called values.

HTŞ, another group fighting Assad, is rooted in terrorism. It evolved from Syrian Al-Qaeda (Al-Nusra) and later incorporated ISIS fighters. Today, HTŞ is essentially a rebranded form of Al-Qaeda and ISIS, perpetuating extremism and violence in Syria.

The SNA, formerly the FSA, is a coalition of rebel factions, including radical jihadist groups. Backed by Turkey, they have occupied Kurdish lands, carried out ethnic cleansing, and caused severe environmental destruction.

The SNA forced Kurds to abandon their homes, confiscated their lands, and uprooted centuries-old olive trees to sell in Turkey. They banned Kurdish in public spaces and destroyed countless historical sites. Their actions are erasing heritage and displacing communities.
