Infusing cheap white vinegar with fresh tarragon is one of the simplest things you can do to bring a subtly mysterious French flavor to many of your dishes.

Phone GPU’s are relatively underpowered (bandwidth / RAM / compute units) and using them at the computational levels required for AI training would kill all the batteries too quickly.

Thank you. It looks delicious. I’ve been playing around with making stuffed Bing Bread lately. Your bread would be another fun project.

Reminds me of The Harpists from Kung Fu Hustle too.

I make a Starbucks Lemon Loaf that might be adjustable to oranges but I’d love your recipe. Here’s mine:

I do have nice neighbors that I occasionally give cookies to for feeding my cats.

I love desserts myself but being a Type-2 Diabetic, it would be most unwise of me to eat 7 batches of Toffee Chip Shortbread.

1C granulated sugar makes 1.75-2C confectioners sugar. So, we’re talking about 7-8 batches by the recipe measure. Most people will need to use the cornstarch to help “preserve” the texture of the extra CS if they don’t want waste.

That said, the Wagyu French Onion Soup was incredible. I make FO from time to time and this was either the best batch or second best batch I’ve ever made. Much more delicious than just using plain old beef stock. I chopped up the Wagyu finely and marinated in soy sauce before adding to the FO w/H2O

I was gifted a ton of Wagyu (like 6-7 pounds). Quite a bit of it was shaved (sliced thin) and had to be used quickly. So I had to come up with ways to eat wagyu every day for over a week. See this thread:

I recently acquired a rather large amount of Wagyu and this thread will show how I’m using it.

It’s very hard to make just 1/4C of confectioner sugar - there’s kinda a minimum volume that a blender will process correctly. And if you plan on storing the extra for the future, you need the cornstarch to prevent clumping.

I made some recently with A5 Wagyu for the beef stock.

Letting them burn isn’t ideal. It adds bitterness. Too much burning can ruin the taste completely. The deepest caramelization you can get without burning makes for the naturally sweetest French onion soup.

Confectioner’s Sugar is one tablespoon of cornstarch per cup of white granulated sugar processed in a powerful blender until powdery.

Any backup is better than none. That, said, given the failure rate of Thumb Drives, it’s really “iffy”. You’re better off using USB attached SATA or PCIe drives at the very least. Network-based storage device with RAID even better. And offsite backup for disasters best.

And I just installed a 500W heater with WiFi temp controller so I can check their temperature remotely.

I’ve got 3 chicken coop heaters, a water bowl heater, and a heating mat for them. Chicago winters can get cold. This keeps them warm even when it gets to -40F windchills on the coldest days.

I have a heated and insulated “cat cave” under my mudroom for my feral cats here in Chicago. I have a Nest camera in there so I can check on them remotely.

If you have insurance, they have a copay card for Mounjaro that you can get 3 months (84 days) for $25.

Nuclear decay in radioactive isotopes (alpha decay and beta decay) can modify the element as well. The reverse operation - nuclear synthesis - can also modify nuclei but requires bombarding nuclei with high energy particles.

You need to modify nuclei to change elements. This is done thru fission or fusion. Electrons jumping into different orbitals just represent different energy states of the same element.
