Post by astargemini: Just wanna point out that the only people "shoving trans issues in your face" are politicians, and if trans people just had the rights to their healthcare and existence, you'd hear about trans people 99% less than you currently do, cause they'd just simply be existing.

In an age of automated banking, NSF fees are a scam that specifically targets the most vulnerable.

It reads: Regulation amending the financial consumer protection framework regulations in order to 1) cap non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees at $10 for personal deposit accounts; 2) prohibited the imposition of NSF fees on persons who have been charged and NSF fee within two business days, and on overdrawn accounts of under $10: 3) require banks to alert customers when their account balance falls below zero (or beyond their overdraft limit) as a result of a payment and provide them with a grace period of at least three hours in which they may make a deposit or transfer into their account to cover the payment without being charged an NSF fee; and 4) require banks to publicly disclose the number of NSF fees charged, the number of customers impacted, and the total revenue generated from these fees on an annual basis.
