This is technically true, but I just want to point out that the fundamental problem here is that six supreme court justices don't care about trans lives in the slightest. That is the fundamental problem.

I've read the opinion closely. All it does it foreclose two grounds for challenging state bans under the Equal Protection Clause--that they constitute "classifications" based on (a) sex and (b) transgender status. There are many other reasons discrimination against trans people may be illegal! 2/x

Don't just say it's unconstitutional, remind people that the constitution is full of very good ideas designed to prevent authoritarianism, and most people who want to ignore it want that specifically because they are authoritarian.
