One of those “terrible cellphone photographers” I enjoy sharing the moments I have been so fortunate to experience firsthand. Life is an adventure! #hiking #biking #SUP #cooking #gardening Rarely not working on something creative.
Still eating fresh thyme from the doorstep. There was 6” of snow on the bbq lid by the time I got home last night but it didn’t get cold enough to damage the things still growing by the house.

It totally reminded me of this creature I did not know existed until I made a detour to Joggins, Nova Scotia. Evolution is wild and fossils are so cool!

I haven’t done Tunisian crochet 🧶 in years but was asked to make a scarf to go with the toque I made for a friend. This reversible pattern goes fast and should be easy enough to teach her if she wants to learn.

A favourite spot to walk not far from home. This small lake is home to so many birds and has some fruit trees that are slowly growing and make for some nice snacks on my walks in the summer.

We have, but too many don’t want to admit it can work. mccac.ca/wp-content/u...

The season of reds and golds! I haven’t been able to get out to enjoy it like I wanted to, but I found this little tree by my favourite spot at Tie Lake, BC. The Crowsnest witches paddle was today, and I missed it again. Every time, I get a head cold.

This beauty is sitting in my living room waiting for its stand so I can keep it in the corner always ready to ride. I might even put mini lights on it and pretend it’s a Christmas tree. It’s the full suspension model I always wanted. It was a steal of a deal. Local bike shop is moving locations😎

Kingston really produces some great bands! Saw The Glorious Sons tonight. First time for her and 3rd for me. We made some memories today😎

Pretty sure I am finalizing purchase of an E-mtb tomorrow. Then I will be booking this ride again.

I really love this pop! Hopefully I can find it somewhere locally because this can had a very long adventure to get to me for Thanksgiving dinner.

Enjoying the sunshine and relaxing in the yard. This could be the last day to enjoy my flowers before it snows.

Mom sent the view from her kitchen window. That red maple is sure putting on a show this year!

The yard is still abloom. Took down the curtains on the main floor and moved some plants down to enjoy the sunshine in the living room again. I am not ready yet to winterize the car, but snow is falling in the mountains nearby. Hoping for a long Fall.

Made a dump cake to use up some of the pears. The house smells like Fall and I am wondering why my Mom never made them. I don’t know if it’s regional or age related, but it was not something she’d ever heard of. pin.it/3R9GUfPcT

This is a huge resource for those who enjoy foraging locally for fruit. It’s a great learning resource and teaching tool for the youth. environmentlethbridge.ca/interactive-...

These were for sale at one of the local greenhouses. The Mustang was listed for $32,500.00.

Hit up the local park for some baking pears. The yellow Bartletts are finished, but these are just ripening.

I think you should check this out! Their T-Shirts could become family heirlooms.

I’m really confused as to what the top left corner means. Why would a petition initiated by a person from Hong Kong even be considered?

I raked the leaves off the lawn today. Fall is coming, but the colours make it bearable. I’m a little sad to be going back to work tomorrow after enjoying the entire day outside.

Have had a migraine since Friday night. Trying all of my usual remedies but I know it is stress related and that’s not going away anytime soon. Sat all day in the yard and tried to relax with the sounds of nature. The bees are just loving the sunflowers 🌱

The woods was in need of some moisture but it was still full of surprises. I love finding puffballs💚

Perfect day for a few waterfalls! We visited Star Creek and Allison Creek today. The weather was perfect and we were home long before supper time.
