I still see them more like the Mulroney cons than the Harper cons which is likely why they appealed to d’Entremont.

I wonder what we’d see regarding climate in a budget if Carney actually had a majority. Sadly, I’m not particularly surprised that climate funding would falter under a minority government.

I think you’d have to go back a bit further than Harper. Harper was a Reform/Con. D’Entremont was a longtime PC provincially before running federally. He’s more like the Mulroney era cons than the Harper era cons. Not that I’m saying that’s better, it’s just a closer comparison.

I didn’t vote for him. I’m OK with his crossing. With only a 1.1% difference between cons/libs in last vote, he’s not in danger of a major outcry in this riding. Folks here often vote person over party. That said, those unhappy sound Trumpian in their vitriolic rhetoric calling him a traitor.

My pharmacy hasn’t been able to get a consistent amount of COVID vaccine. They add appointments to the booking system as soon as they have it, and the appointments are snapped up asap, but they can’t promote it since they don’t know when they’ll get it.

I was stunned by the suggestion in the survey…and then asking what would incentivize me enough to do something so foolish 🤦‍♀️
