also if your senator is Rand Paul: definitely give him some positive reinforcement cuz he was the only GOP to break from the rest and vote against the bill. the more repubs we can tear away from bad policies, the better.

for those with Fetterman + Catherine Masto tho, fucking yell at those losers

While I got my knuckles rapped by corporate America for being rude and tasteless about a guy who dreamed of the stoning of me and everyone I love, Fox's Brian Kilmeade advocated explicitly for the state murder of all homeless people -- on live TV, no less -- to virtually no response.

As far as I can tell, the law itself would be banned for even discussing issues like "group sex" and "fellatio."

I would ostensibly be facing a felony even for sharing this as there are only exemptions for "scientific and medical research or instruction or peer-reviewed academic content."

The bill demands a massive censorship apparatus managed by the Attorney General, along with a tip line where people can identify trans, drag, GNC or "other pornographic content" for prosecution.

News orgs HAVE to stop calling these porn bans. Yes, #HB4938, does also criminalize porn — also terrible — it goes far beyond that.

LGBTQ+ sites, social media sites, community forums, Shakespeare, drag, a review of Mrs. Doubtfire, all punishable by jail $500K fine and twenty years in jail.

The bill would make it a felony to share, distribute or even host "prohibited" content — which includes not just trans info but any mention of masturbation, sex or even sexual "moaning"

Music, art, healthcare — even news coverage of issues sex or gender all banned.
