This reminds of something I read recently about overcoming anxious attachment. "Healing does not happen THROUGH relationships but it does happen IN relationships."

I've also been on bupropion for years. Whenever I titrate my dose, I have irritability and some mild psychomotor effects. They usually pass within 2-3 weeks. As for anxiety, I find grounding exercises like box breathing really helpful.
