Those explanations from both IndyCar and Penske are going to add more fuel to the officiating controversy fire in IndyCar.
-How did the 12 pass inspection
-Did a competitor (Ganassi) point out the issue or was it found on the 2? Unclear
-The 3 didn't have it....why (internal team issue)

Austin Hill and the 21 team took advantage of the opportunity and were at the right place at the right time. RCR should celebrate.
