So many great ones but I just love Weapons Manufacturing from EOE, just a sick design.
Second for me might be Tempest Hawk, which finally got me to build one of THOSE commander decks, but not until Choco emerged as the ideal card for the CZ

That is not a "statistical three way tie" or whatever. Cuomo trails by double-digits in nearly every poll. Also, reporting coming out that Adams will stay in the race, but even if he dropped it's no guarantee for Cuomo. Many for Adams would go Sliwa (law+order/pro-police)

This synergizes even better with the alternate commander, Szarel. Stack 2 1/1 counters on another creature for each land sac'd, and then play those X lands from your graveyard if you want...
And if you have Horizon Explorer (incl. in precon) in play, those lands come in untapped.
