Had to so I could get back home & help my kids get off to school. Prioritize what's important & the rest falls into place.

👉 Jump Rope
👉 Foam Roller

Hotel gyms won’t have Eleiko racks or calibrated plates, but they always have something you can adapt with.

Fasted weighted ruck this morning along the path w/ Bevel Health. Not a huge strain but before 7AM, it all adds up 🧱

These ✨marginal gains✨ matter. A little strain here and there… it’s what drives up NEAT, deepens the calorie deficit, and compounds over time.
