A thought: Steven Universe flips the trend of animation's five-man band trope being predominantly male with a female heart. However, it also flips the trend of removing the heart from the screen to stay with the action. This double negative results in the animation remaining typically androcentric.

The argument against this appears to be that once you introduce a charge that didn't exist before, removing it is somehow a loss that needs to be accounted for, even though its introduction hadn't created any savings. The private sector is exploiting our corrupted education system for profits.

Immigration has obviously always been a key point in every party's manifestos. The Green Party 2024 for example. Seemed pretty sensible to me.

This is how I've always seen the issue. If wages stayed relative to prices then how much things cost wouldn't matter. Maybe reframing the cost conversation just keeps us away from the profit/wage conversation we should be having instead?
