There is probably a reason developers are building these smaller units. This is using the Seattle 90% AMI rents—just what I had for the sake of comparison, I think differences will be larger at market rate. It leaves out land cost.

I am imagining a situation where there is a master lock (for example Agency authorizing Org to use property) and many sub locks used by individual organizations.

I got stopped in the middle of an art project because of the trigonometry of constructing a double pitched roof. I’m sure now I could just look up a formula for each corner.
