I knew it was only a matter of time

My son made his first pan sauce today. It was a Velouté with chicken stock with parsley and he added a splash of champagne vinegar.

It so really delicious. I’m really proud of him.

Went camping during the Beaver Moon over Maryland. So beautiful at night and was amazingly bright at night. Never needed a flashlight.
