Many vitamins and over the counter drugs are made from petroleum derived ingredients.

They aren’t necessarily unsafe.

When writing CVs, it's crucial to use the correct terminology. 'Spectroscopy' typically refers to measuring light absorbance, while 'spectrometry' involves mass spectrometry for mass-to-charge ratios. Therefore, specify "proficiency in LC-MS spectrometry," not "LC-MS spectroscopy."

I’m not going to say everyone should give up animal products. But we can all eat less meat!! Just two meals a week is a great start!

This was a tofu bowl, with homemade vegan sriracha crema, cucumber salad, steamed broccolini, avocado, and home toasted cashews for crunch.
