Argentina joins many other countries in ramping up its physical border security by planning a fence on its Bolivian border. Bolivia says this could affect the peaceful coexistence between the two countries! I am hoping to explore cases like this in my dissertation!

One of my favorite quotes about international power politics and war, fitting all too well here.
I love how the outrage here is that federal employees refused to let Musk’s minions from DOGE — a bullshit private body that has absolutely no right to access this info — have open access to federal systems.

It’s like getting indignant that a mugger’s victim had the audacity to resist.
