Overwatch 2016 vs Overwatch Classic (It was a nightmare finding a photo of me in 2016)

I can understand putting upper limits from a storage and data POV, however if your password conditions are this, then all you're doing is massively limiting the amount of passwords a hacker would need to check to brute force. Not to mention making it harder for users to set a secure password.
