Thanks for the reassurance and good advice. They came out nicely — browner than had they been fresh, but still good with their characteristic nutty flavor and creamy texture. Now to decide what to make with them now they’re cooked…

@ranchogordo.bsky.social Found some very old Royal Corona beans but they’re looking shriveled and yellowish-brown, rather than white. Must I discard them or can I make something with them, like a bean dip, which would still taste good?
