I have a 2019-ish lenovo P920 with 40 cores and *1TB* of RAM I bought off eBay for $1,400 a year ago. It's quiet and idle power draw is pretty low. No regrets at all. I think not needing a GPU for libertarian fun bucks or advanced plagiarism is key.

I'm still bummed that the Time Cube guy is racist. So much potential down the drain. I'm not surprised, tho.

I hated boss runbacks in the Soul's games, but Silksong is the first game where they actually feel good. You start to learn exactly what you can do balance risk vs time saved, and you feel like a parkour god by the time you beat the god-damned bullshit-I-was-so-fucking-close-that-time boss.

I feel like you gotta go more left field with something like "beeball" and literally never acknowledge the basketball thing for maximum chaos.

We took the 5 year-old to a candy store to spend said 5 bucks. She got two giant rainbow pixie stixs and forgot about the second one. I ate it; no regrets.

Yeah, who sorts spiciness levels lexicographically?

Hey, haven't had that in a while.

I'm still getting flashbacks of mobs trying to hamburgler our democracy.

I love it when my extremely obscure computer graphics research prepares me for internet discourse.

Me, yelling: IT'S ALL JUST BRDFS! THE SPECULAR COMPONENT IS MADE TO LOOK WIDER AND FALLS OF DIFFERENTLY DUE TO THE METALLIC FLAKES.

Oh shit, I did this and finally saw it. I thought PGH would have too much light pollution to make it out, but damn.

We bought a similar dog pool since the sides are higher and stronger than the human model. Total mistake. Racoons don't care about pool safety regulations either, and now we're paying for our hubris.
