I used 10mm EVA foam, I cut a channel on full length, put a thick wire in it and I sank it in hot glue and make it smooth and flat. Inside of plush there are big elements out of furniture foam, with wire glued between layers. And there are two connection points, so it stable and don't fold.

I did big thing (literally) - I changed my background for photoshoots! My old one was just a piece of fabric on the pole. It was ok for most of plushies, but not for all. So now I have something what will fill 99% of my needs. It's fast and easy to set up. My table have wheels to make space for it.

I installed few mods and game became much more fun, and I still left some challange, but I wasn't blocked by it. The best decision I could make.
