Mamere from Genshin Impact! I made her some time ago as a birthday gift for my friend. I wanted to try make almost not visible stand, and it works very well! It's limited to characters with strait bodies, and it's easy to remove and put it inside.

My all works on this year artfight! I tried something new and I have a rule - pick the least popular character, show some love for unloved. I'm glad that I tried traditional painting, it's fun and easier than I expected. I never painted before, it's was nice experience.

My last attack on my friend @kitsewstudio.bsky.social I made canvas by myself with some wood leftovers, fabric what never should be used for this and I just wanted to test new upholstery stapler xD Big format took much more time than I expected.

And second change - rotating platform! With my first one, I needed to take 40 shots to combine them into 360 view. Now it's with motor, speed regulation, it's bigger (110 cm) and it will hold any plush what fits on it (test was with 20 kg). I still have to do a lot of stuff, but it's a good start

I did big thing (literally) - I changed my background for photoshoots! My old one was just a piece of fabric on the pole. It was ok for most of plushies, but not for all. So now I have something what will fill 99% of my needs. It's fast and easy to set up. My table have wheels to make space for it.
