There is a lot going on with the veneration of Jonathan Blow. But, I think a lot of programmers, at least in America, are frustrated by late stage capitalism and like the fact that JBlow keeps shitting on modern software. Programmers want things to break so people respect what they do more.

I like this take! I also agree that I want to see where and how my memory is stored in the editor. I don't think Godot and Unity do that.
How far do you think we can take the ECS? I think Bevy wants to do more with it than almost any other project I know of.

Honestly, I think that the “just be normal” language isn’t enough. I get where you’re coming from cause a lot of guys need that, but I think we need to get men in support groups with other men so they can talk about their feelings.
